A “Secret Beach” Engagement Session in Kapolei, Hi!
Secret Beach is my new favorite engagement session location on Oahu. Not only because its 10 minutes from my house, but because its one of the few photoshoot locations on Oahu that is backlit. Evening sessions here are best because its on the West-Side of the island. And because the sun sets in the west, you get even lighting on faces, and bright skies behind.

It goes without saying that Linda and Edmond are a beautiful couple. And while everyone wants to look great in photos, its their love for each other that really shines through! Their outfit choices complemented each other perfectly. The goal is always to look cohesive, but never “matchy!” They absolutely pulled that off. Linda’s added touch of her hat for a few shots was so fun. You don’t need cheesy props for your session. Sometimes a hat or statement jewelry adds that extra interest in your photos!
I loved spending the afternoon with Linda and Edmond! Happy wedding planning you two. This sweet couple will be getting married in March in San Francisco! I’m so happy I met you.
