A Day on the North Shore of Oahu!

I think most people imagine North Shore when they think about Hawaii. It’s where the world’s best surfing is and a lot of Hollywood movies are filmed on North Shore. You might be asking yourself, doesn’t all of Oahu look the same? Nope, it does not! Each part of the island is very unique. North Shore is overcast, authentic, and relaxed.

The beaches on North Shore are world famous and it’s easy to see why.

One of our favorite places to walk around and shop is Hali’ewa Town Center. Its such a cute area with lots to see and do. We could not resist making a pit stop at Matsumoto Shave Ice (Adam’s favorite!). Shave Ice in Hawaii is a specialty. You can get ice cream, mochi, condensed milk and all sorts of flavors. It hits the spot for sure!
